Receivership and Trustee Services
Magnum has successfully provided receivership services on defaulted loans on behalf of financial institutions nationally for over two decades. Magnum has managed as a receiver/workout specialist for various business operations, liquidations, and restructurings of defaulted loans in excess of several billion dollars.
