Saleena Miller
Saleena Miller is the operating principal of Magnum Management Services LLC. In the last twenty years Ms. Miller has managed $2 billion dollars of diversified real estate including distressed, sub-prime, foreclosures, REO, non-institutional, institutional, environmentally challenged, and management intensive assets. Moreover, she has made several acquisitions of real estate and debt on behalf of clients, banks, credit unions, trust companies, and life companies, and also as a principal for her own account.

Ms. Miller is a Florida Certified Real Estate Sales Associate and a Florida Certified Real Estate Mortgage Broker. Since entering the industry in 1988, her success in real estate has grown exponentially.

Ms. Miller brings more than 20 years of extensive management and Real Estate industry experience and has built a solid track record of success. In 1988 she was retained by CDIC, QDIC and Morgan Guaranty to workout Financial Trust’s distressed loan portfolio totaling $497 million in Eastern Canada. She successfully completed the workout in two years and thereafter took charge of $330 million in construction loans on behalf of Central Guaranty Trust. In 1990 she formed a loan servicing and workout firm specializing in sourcing, acquisition, and management of distressed debt and diversified real estate. Ms. Miller, as Owner and CEO, competitively bid and won sizeable portfolio acquisitions against GE Capital, Cargill, Amresco, and Goldman Sachs. Ms Miller’s lists of lenders include GE Capital, ORIX, Laurentian Bank, Adelaide Capital, Equivest Financial, and National Bank. Through Ms. Miller’s leadership and vision, the firm grew to encompass development, leasing, property management, and asset management services of diversified real estate.
