Keith Hollebone
has been in the financial industry for more than 30 years and primarily in the workout of real estate debt across the United States and Canada for more than twenty years. He commenced career with Citibank Toronto and New York; activities included underwriting of loans to the oil and gas, pipeline, chemical, agricultural processing,finance/leasing and real estate industries. Subsequently joined a private real estate company in Hartford Ct. with a five year mandate to rehabilitate the 11,000 acre Rainbow Springs retirement community in Dunnellon, Florida which had been purchased out of an equity receivership. Upon completion, contracted with Morgan Financial in Toronto as a private consultant to liquidate the 600 million dollar non performing canadian real estate portfolio which had been acquired by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Quebec Deposit Insurance Corporation as a result of the failure of a major canadian trust company. Subsequently contracted with the Hartford based Phoenix Insurance Company and later, IStar Financial Inc., to manage the liquidation of the Phoenix Mortgage Loan Portfolio; at inception of the contract, the nationwide mortgage portfolio included 800 loans with a face value of 2.8 billion dollars.
